I have the Heirloom 3-Seater in Pumice and we love it. Keeps it's comfortable, great fabric and we always get compliments from visitors! Would recommend.

The bed is great. There was a delivery / assembly snaffu but the owner of the company hopped in his car and personally sorted it out. Very good service!
I ordered the Tolle Desk after seeing it in store, where I was genuinely impressed by its look and overall quality. Unfortunately, when the desk arrived, the finish wasn’t quite what I had anticipated. A much whiter wash had been applied during manufacturing, which differed noticeably from the in‑store display and online images and took away from the natural timber finish we were expecting.
I reached out to Totem Road, and Amy kindly got in touch and worked through a solution with me. I couldn’t be happier with her customer service. Amy truly went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Based on this experience alone, I would absolutely recommend purchasing from Totem Road. They are genuine, responsive, and clearly care about their customers.
