Not only is oak incredibly durable and long-lasting, each piece is unique in its grain and finish. Our wood is select-logged to support regeneration, biodiversity and the protection of native fauna. Every last piece of wood is utilised in our manufacturing and as a result, we have some of the lowest wastage percentages in the industry.

It comes at a cost to us, but cheaper petrochemical-based packaging such as polystyrene, has a large manufacturing footprint, contains toxic substances and has little to no biodegradability.

    Bought my new Fjord bed online without having been to the store and it looks exactly like the images. Love the design simplicity, fast delivery, and sustainable solid oak. Couldn’t recommend Totem Road more, will be back when I need a dining table.

    I bought the Fjord Bed with matching Jasper side tables and they have just been delivered and assembled.     I purchased the beautiful Fjord bed after finding Totem Road online. The company's aesthetic in design, the range and the photography convinced me to purchase without visiting the showroom. The bed is stunning solid oak and looks just like the images and the sample swatch shown online. The build quality is sturdy and it has given our current latex mattress a new lease on life. We've been sleeping much better on this supportive bed than our old frame. Also the Luxa side table is beautiful. Very contemporary and solid. Customer service was fantastic and personal. We are looking forward to purchasing a dining table from Totem Road in the future.
